The boutique hotel's restaurant, George's at Osborn House, is now welcoming public bookings.
The Southern Highlands’ newest luxury boutique hotel and whimsical countryside retreat, Osborn House, in Bundanoon officially opened its doors in April 2022.
The hotel’s new bar and restaurant, George’s at Osborn House, opened its doors to the public not long after.

The food experience at George’s had previously only been an option for in-house guests at the luxury boutique hotel, however the change means that external dinner bookings are now available to the public and walk-ins are welcome daily from 3pm to 7pm. To book a table, head to www.sevenrooms.com/

The magnificently restored 19th century guesthouse is nestled on a quiet hilltop between the picturesque village of Bundanoon and Morton National Park, just two hours from Sydney and Canberra.
Originally built in 1892, the heritage-listed building and its century-old gardens have been meticulously restored to offer travellers a touch of the Cotswolds in the NSW Southern Highlands. The property offers a curated collection of 22-suites, with each one offering completely different and unique experience.

The existing property has been transformed into 15 luxury suites, with another seven self-contained cabins – each with its own fireplace and balcony bath – rounding out the country retreat-style accommodation.

Wellness facilities include a four-treatment room spa, pool and sauna. The property also features a kitchen garden, with a cooking school slated for later this year.

Rates range from $660/night for suites to $1,045/night for cabins, inclusive of full breakfast and complimentary mini bar (non-alcoholic).
