There’s a new reason to head for the highlands.
New luxury boutique hotel Osborn House is set to begin welcoming visitors to its secluded Bundanoon location in February.
The unique 22-suite property is nestled on a quiet hilltop between the picturesque village of Bundanoon and Morton National Park, just two hours from Sydney and Canberra.

Originally built in 1892, the heritage-listed building and its century-old gardens have been meticulously restored to offer travellers a touch of the Cotswolds in the NSW Southern Highlands.

The existing property has been transformed into 15 luxury suites, with another seven self-contained cabins – each with its own fireplace and balcony bath – rounding out the country retreat-style accommodation.

With two premium dining and drinking experiences on-site, the boutique hotel is bound to attract food lovers. Led by executive chef team Segundo Farrell and Luz Gimenez, Dinah’s Restaurant and George’s Bar promise rustic yet sophisticated cuisine that champions the regional produce.
