This Yarra Valley private dining experience is the excuse we need to rejoin civilisation

Seville Estate

Experience the Yarra Valley at a socially acceptable distance.

Yarra Valley icon Seville Estate has launched a new private dining experience in the original family home.

The boutique winery and 2019 James Halliday Winery of the Year winner will offer private dining for families and groups in the lovingly restored McMahon family home. It’s a safe, special and intimate dining experience that’s ideal for those of us experiencing a little trepidation at the prospect of stepping back into the world, post-pandemic.

Seville Estate is renowned for its use of locally sourced, produce-driven dishes and exquisite wine pairings, and guests of the new private dining experience can expect nothing less.

While the menu will evolve to showcase the best available local produce, some of the dishes on offer at launch include starters like Port Arlington mussels and grilled Romarro farm brassicas with Nori emulsion; featuring mains like Monbulk mushroom parfait or Buxton trout with emulsified potato, and desserts like Batlow Ardrossan Farm apple pie or Lemon Myrtle sorbet

The private dining experience is priced from $120.00 per person, with wine matching available at an additional $70.00 for the three course meal.
