Six course tasting menu from $110 per person With a focus on local produce and unique regional flavours, the tasting menu is an ideal way to experience a variety of tastes. The sample six course menu highlights dishes like kangaroo, bunya bunya and saltbush; fermented barley, black fungi, quince and brush cherry; and green ants and green mango sorbet.
