Take part in the one-night-only Glasshouse Kitchen Fire+ dinner on April 5, where chef Poul Andrias Ziska will kick off the event, bringing a taste of Michelin-starred KOKS from the Faroe Islands to our shores.

Ali Currey-Voumard, from Tasmania’s The Agrarian Kitchen Eatery and winner of the Unearthed Next Gen Chef in the 2018 delicious. Produce Awards, will also make an appearance, along with South Australian favourites including artisan producer Saskia Beer and chef Quentin Whittle of Herringbone.

The deal also includes a two-night stay at the five-star Stamford Plaza in a superior city view room, with full breakfast daily.

Booking price also includes entry into the Glasshouse Kitchen – Fire+, with the one-night-only four-course dinner and premium beverages in an intimate restaurant setting.
