If dining out is your number-one pastime, you’re going to want to add this hot offer to your list of new year resolutions. You can now book to dine Michelin-Star Style on a volcano.

That’s right. On a Volcano in Sicily’s most southern Aeolian Archipelago, Therasia Resort Sea and Spa is giving guests a chance to do something a little different.

Guests can now enjoy a degustation dinner prepared by award-winning chef Giuseppe Buiso, at the resort’s Michelin-starred restaurant Il Cappero, set on a volcano. Here, you’ll sample some of Sicily’s finest cuisine, with excellent views.
