W Brisbane’s WET Deck will be transformed for an Endless Summer experience from March 25th to May 3rd, serving up an exclusive menu curated by MasterChef Australia alum Laura Sharrad and insta-worthy cocktails from the Aperol mixologists. 

The lush bites on offer will showcase fresh, seasonal Queensland produce, including hand-picked mud crab and pickled cucumber fingers, lush gnocco fritto with whipped cod roe.
