It's unbelieva-bubble.

Turns out, surviving a night in the jungle isn’t so hard after all. Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort in Northern Thailand has launched a luxury jungle bubble experience, allowing guests to spend the night surrounded by elephants in their natural habitat.

The 160-acre resort is set on ancient jungle overlooking the Mekong and Ruak Rivers. The secluded location is home to more than 20 rescued elephants that have been saved from the city streets. The elephants live out their retirement in the boundary-less grounds, where they are cared for by the resort’s team of mahouts.

Guests can choose from a one or two bedroom bubble, which are raised on wooden decks above the sleeping giants below. Each lodge is fully furnished and comes with its own bathroom, complete with modern amenities. The bedrooms are contained within a transparent dome so you can watch the elephants graze and stargaze at night.

The two-bedroom jungle bubble lodge also has its own stylish indoor living room, as well as an al fresco lounge and dining area, a plunge pool and sun loungers where you can watch the sun go down, glass of Champagne in hand.

Like a regular hotel suite, the jungle bubbles come equipped with their own mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, cosy bathrobe and slippers, as well as premium toiletries.

Not your usual camping set-up, the jungle bubbles were custom designed using high tech polyester fabric to create a climate-controlled environment where guests can enjoy an immersive, close-to-nature experience, with all the comforts of a five-star hotel.

And did we mention, you’ll also get a butler? The experience comes with a multi-course feast of either Thai or European fare, served by your own butler, who is on hand to bring you drinks and refreshments and tend to your needs.

After sleeping with the elephants, guests can join the gentle giants for a walking tour the next morning. The Walking with Giants experience follows the animals on a stroll through the morning mist to the Ruak River for a swim and play.
