Hayden Quinn and model and blogger Jax Raynor share their top 10 places to visit on this little island off America's east coast.
The Pearl (12 Federal St): a favourite of locals, and probably our favourite on the island. Our go-tos are the wok-fried lobster and the porterhouse. If you are in a group, ask if the chef’s table is free. It’s off the kitchen above a beautiful courtyard and garden.
The Boarding House (12 Federal St): we love the Boarding House, whether it’s for a family dinner or a filling brunch, it shows off some of the best farm-to-table produce on the island (Hayden even claims he has his own seat at the bar, and can’t stop drinking the Bacon Bloody Marys).
167 Raw (167 Hummock Pond Rd): Hayden loves 167 Raw so much he has a shirt and a hat from them. We also have to get their little neck clams and a bag of their still steaming ‘lobsters to go’. These guys sell the best steaks on the island.

The Galley (54 Jefferson Ave): if you look up Nantucket on Instagram, you will see a million shots of The Galley at sunset. It’s a beautiful spot for a sundowner cocktail.
Something Natural (50 Cliff Rd): the perfect place to pick up sandwiches for the beach (plus a couple of cookies), or get a loaf of their famous Portuguese bread to make your own sandwiches at home.
Cisco Brewers (5 Bartlett Farm Rd): after a day at the beach, there is no better way to chill out than a brewery-fresh craft beer from Cisco Brewery. With live music, a chilled vibe and awesome rotating food trucks, the brewery is one for all ages.
The Chicken Box (16 Daves St): I feel like every town has a place that people end up late at night, and this is Nantucket’s. A square bar packed full of people with live music nearly every night in summer, it’s a great way to kick it up a notch.

Black-Eyed Susan’s (10 India St): the best pancakes on the island. The line is always out the door and the wait can be long, but it’s worth it. If you’re not into pancakes they make a killer Thai scramble, huevos rancheros, and spicy Yucatan chicken sausage (order with a side of sour cream).
Pi Pizza (11 West Creek Rd): this is where Jax and I go for a casual date night. We order a bottle of red wine, get a few pizzas (at least two) and some antipasti. It’s the perfect escape from the busy Nantucket town centre… or just the ‘in-laws’! (Jax’s parents are restaurateurs on the island.)
Bartlett’s Farm (33 Bartlett Farm Rd): Jax grew up going to Bartlett’s. It’s a family-owned farm that has expanded into a full market. The produce is grown on the property and you drive past all the plots as you arrive. Must-get: their farm-fresh tomatoes, to go with some burrata and a little globe basil and olive oil. Plus, their corn is amazing: boil it, throw it on the grill. Whatever, it’s amazing.
