An experiential pizza bar is opening in a secret location in NYC as an immersive art experience to celebrate the food that “is always here for us when we’re hungry, happy or hung over.”

#MoPi, as it is known, is a space to pay homage to the food whose appeal is universal. Promised to patrons are film screenings, a pizza art gallery, a cheese cave, and a pizza beach (we’re not packing swimwear) that offers pizza lovers an opportunity to “bask in the multi-sensory, psychedelic pizza joy.”

Plus you’ll get to view a painting of Aphrodite standing in a pizza box.

In true anonymous style, the organisers (Nameless Network) have hidden the location of this pop up, but we can tell you that it’s somewhere in NoHo.

Getting tickets

Tickets are available from EventBrite and include a cheesy slice of pizza, plus a portion from every ticket sold will be used to provide a meal to a family in need. So you can still do your bit for humanity.
