Lovers of the Lewis Carroll classic rejoice, an immersive Alice in Wonderland cocktail party experience is popping up in cities around the world, including San Francisco, New York, Denver and… Sydney! 

The Alice: An Immersive Experience is a 90-minute interactive adventure that combines elements of a cocktail party and a night at the theatre with an alternate reality escape room experience to take guests down the rabbit hole and through the looking glass.

During the one-and-a-half hour experience, attendees can create two bespoke Wonderland themed cocktails, devour ‘Eat Me’ cakes and other Wonderland themed treats, paint the roses red and generally rediscover all things whimsical. 

There are two different sessions per day to choose from, one at 5.30pm and another at 7.30pm. 

If you’re keen to make the magic last a little longer, there’s even a nearby themed Mad Hatter’s Hotel Room which is available to book overnight. 

Tickets are priced from $49.50 and although the October 16th events have been postponed, there are still later dates available, pending the easing of COVID restrictions. The event runs until December 31st at Wonderland Bar, at 24 Bayswater Road Sydney.
