And you'll want to be there 25/7.
Australia’s first 25 hours hotel is due to open in Paddington in 2023, with the developers breaking ground on the site this week.
25 Hours Paddington will be located in the heart of the Oxford Street Village Centre near the Sydney CBD at the historic 1-11 Oxford Street Paddington.

The site was originally home to Marshall’s Paddington Brewery and West’s Olympia Pictures, and more recently nightclub Grand Pacific Blue Room.

Now, the historic location will become home to a new leisure and lifestyle precinct, including a boutique hotel with 105 guest rooms, a spectacular rooftop bar, central garden courtyard, destination restaurant, café, retail and state-of-the-art entertainment and live performance facilities.

Award-winning Aussie-based architects Tonkin Zulaikha Greer will design, and the precinct will be built by Richard Crookes Constructions. Leading Sydney property developer Central Element – also managing the evolution of the nearby Minerva Theatre in Potts Point – will oversee construction.
