2022 is looking like a very good year to go west, with Executive Chef Alberto Cuzzit taking the culinary helm at recently opened The Ritz-Carlton, Perth.

The Italy native sharpened his skills at Michelin starred restaurants Dal Vero in Treviso, Gordon Ramsay’s @ Claridge’s in London and the world’s first Armani Hotel in Dubai, before taking on the role of Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa.

Along with overseeing the Ritz-Carlton Perth’s food and beverage offering, Alberto will reimagine the menus at award-winning outdoor terrace bar Songbird, and the hotel’s signature restaurant Hearth.
