Bust out your enormous coffee cups, because the Friends Experience is headed Down Under. After runs in the US and Europe, the “interactive experience” will arrive in Melbourne’s Docklands from Friday, 1 September 2023.

If you’re a super fan, the waitlist for Friends Experience tickets in Melbourne is now open. Tickets will be officially on sale from 10am on Thursday, 27 July 2023.

So what’s it all about? If the press images are anything to go by (feast your eyes below), the opportunities for zany Instagram photos are plentiful. 

“Featuring a variety of interactive recreated sets including Monica’s kitchen and the iconic fountain from the opening credits, The Friends Experience provides guests with plenty of opportunities to explore the show’s history and recreate their favourite scenes, such as knocking on Rachel and Monica’s purple door, relaxing in Chandler and Joey’s recliners or helping Ross with the iconic sofa pivot,” reads the press release.

The sitcom’s famed coffee house, Central Perk, will also be fully recreated on site.
