Do you like to drink a glass of wine over lunch? Same. Well, when flying with Qantas you now can nurse a drink with lunch. Australia’s national airline has introduced a new ‘wine time’ by opening its complimentary on-board ‘bar’ from midday. 

Historically, wine was served on all flights that departed from 4pm onwards. This is the first time in the airline’s history that the bar will open before 4pm for domestic customers travelling in Economy. 

Premium red and white wine and beer from across Australia will be served to passengers to enjoy with their lunch or afternoon snacks. The new wine time of 4pm will apply on all domestic Qantas and QantasLink flights moving forward.
