Sky diving just earned a new meaning. Forget jumping out of a plane and dive head-first, mid-air into a bowl of Ramen Keisuke’s Signature Japanese Ramen on Singapore Airlines flights.
Created by celebrity chef Keisuke Takeda, Ramen Keisuke is renowned throughout Japan and Singapore for its authentic ramen noodle soups. And, from 1 October 2019, Ramen Keisuke will be served aboard select Singapore Airline routes.
Four specialty ramen dishes will be on rotation, including the a tonkatsu ramen, a lobster ramen, a miso ramen with pork and a niboshi ramen featuring a smoky dried sardine and pork broth with a fish cake, sliced pork, bamboo shoots and spring onion.
Six months of testing went into creating these special collaborative ramen dishes, to ensure the soup retained its flavour in high-altitude conditions.
