Vietjet is once again playing holiday saviour and has dropped another massive flight sale on fares to Vietnam to ensure your next overseas trip doesn’t break the bank. 

Today, Vietjet’s inaugural flight from Adelaide to Ho Chi Minh City, marked the first-ever Vietnamese carrier to fly between Vietnam and South Australia. The airline also kicked off its non-stop Perth to Ho Chi Minh City. With the addition of the Adelaide and Perth routes, Vietjet is now flying 58 flights from Australia to Vietnam per week. 

To celebrate this milestone, the low-cost airline has discounted 58,000 tickets across its Australia network. From November 22-28, 2023 (GMT+7), travellers can take advantage of all-in, one-way fares for as low as AUD165 for any travel period from January 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024. The wide booking window means you can get a sales fare for pretty much any time of the year you want to travel to Vietnam.

Flights depart from Perth at 09:55 (local time) and land in Ho Chi Minh City at 15:40 (local time) every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Return flights to Perth will depart from Ho Chi Minh City at 06:35 (local time) and arrive in Perth at 14:20 (local time) every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Flights from Adelaide depart at 07:25 (local time), layover in Perth, and land in Ho Chi Minh City at 15:40 (local time) every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Return flights to Adelaide will depart from Ho Chi Minh City at 06:35 (local time), layover in Perth, and arrive in Adelaide at 21:10 (local time) every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
