In honour of FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, McDonalds will be erecting a temporary ‘fry-through’ at Tumbalong Park at Darling Harbour. The fry-through is exactly what it sounds like, a giant packet of Macca’s chips fashioned into a fully functioning McDonald’s restaurant.

Standing close to five metres tall, the larger-than-life Macca’s fries packet will be serving up Macca’s chippies to football fans within the FIFA Fan Festival, as well as members of the public.

Medium Fries can be purchased and enjoyed alongside Macca’s limited-edition ‘Sauces of the World’ – Outback BBQ Sauce and Wasabi-flavoured Mayo Sauce – inspired by countries participating in the cup.

The fry-through will open its doors on Thursday, July 20 until the end of the tournament on August 23 at Tumbalong Park 11 Harbour Street, Sydney NSW.
