Here's where to get your buttery, flaky fix.
Sydneysiders won’t have to wait until 2024 for a taste of Lune’s world-famous croissants.
Just days after announcing a second Sydney outpost comes the news that the pastry powerhouse will be popping up in Sydney to celebrate World Chocolate Day.
To mark the occasion, Lune has teamed up with artisan chocolatier Koko Block to create one of the most indulgent chocolate croissants to ever see the light of day.
The new sweet treat, called The Belgian Truffle, will pair Kate Reid’s famed flaky pastry with a gooey chocolate centre, made from Koko Black Cocoa frangipane and 70% Guanaja fondant. For the final flourish, the croissant is topped with tempered chocolate shards, salted cookie crumb, mascarpone chantilly and Koko Black Belgian Truffles. It truly is death by chocolate, in the best possible way.

This marks the third collaboration between Koko Black and Lune, and this year they’re making sure no one misses out with the special choc croissant also available to try in Sydney, from Friday, July 7 – Sunday, July 9.
You’ll be able to get your hot little hands on the viennoiserie at a dedicated pop-up at Koko Black in the QVB, which will serve as a delicious reminder of good things to come.
