And there's robots to set you on the right track.
Coming in at 30.6 metres, Westfield Doncaster’s new jewel – Sushi Jiro – boasts the longest sushi train in the world.
With room to seat 80 diners as well as comfortable booth seating where orders can be placed at the touch of a button, this Sushi Jiro is one of just a dozen that have cropped up across Australia in the last 12 months.

Five robots will be at your beck and call to look after your orders, taken via the tablet. Just sit back and relax as your dish comes whizzing out to your table. Meep morp.
Since launching in Singapore in 2022, managing director Anna Kasman has rapidly expanded the chain to offer the familiar sushi favourites in sleek and beautiful spaces.
