High five!
There’s now a new reason to take your lunch break in the CBD. Five Guys is moving into the city, doubling down on its offering with a slick new George Street store.
The new outpost is set to open its doors on Monday, June 6 at 11am in the heritage-listed Spiden House at 383 George Street. The new location is adjacent to the Apple Flagship store and just a 2-minute walk from Pitt Street Mall.
The store design will pay homage to the original site, with historic structures and features coming together with the well-known Five Guys red and white scheme.

Wondering what all the fuss around Five Guys is? The fast-food chain is famous for its fresh food focus. There are no freezers, microwaves or timers in-store, with everything made fresh to order from high-quality ingredients.
The opening menu will include all the Five Guys faves including the classic hamburger, cheeseburger and baconburger which can be customised with 15 free toppings. Then there’s the fries. Made from fresh potato, not frozen chips, the Five Guys fries are twice-cooked in peanut oil and coated in a spicy Cajun seasoning.

Swap the soft drink for a shake, made from a creamy vanilla base with 10 premium mix-ins like crispy bacon, salted caramel and Oreo cookie pieces for you to express your creative genius.
You can also find Five Guys at Penrith, which opened in September last year. Better still, there’s more on the way. Five Guys master franchisee Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group is also planning on opening additional sites in Sydney and Melbourne later this year.
