Shane Delia, Shannon Martinez, Matt Wilkinson and Neil Perry could be heading to a stove near you.
Determined to host the dinner party event of the year despite the fact you’re not a very good cook? Restaurants for Relief, an initiative led by Melbourne Food + Wine Festival, has just announced a number of exclusive dinner party packages to be sold in exchange for bushfire donations, so all you have to worry about is your conversation.
Called 10 for 10, the new initiative will see 10 of Melbourne’s best chefs head to private residences to prepare an extravagant four-course feast for 10, in exchange for a $10,000 donation made to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal.
The 10 chefs that could be standing over your stove, searing steaks or stretching dough, include Hugh Allen (Vue de monde), Frank Camorra (MoVida), George Calombaris (Hellenic Republic), Shannon Martinez (Smith & Daughters), Shane Delia (Maha), Adam D’Sylva (Coda), Benjamin Cooper (Chin Chin), Matt Wilkinson (Crofter Dining Room & Dining Room) and Mitch Orr (CicciaBella).
