And this time there's brunch!

Disciples of Saint Peter can now book a table at Josh and Julie Niland’s newest restaurant Petermen in St Leonards.

Like Niland’s other venues Saint Peter, Fish Butchery and Charcoal Fish, Petermen will champion the best in local, sustainable and ethically-sourced seafood.

Petermen will be Niland’s first proper restaurant to offer a la carte dining, with diners able to choose from a selection of raw, preserved and charcoal-grilled dishes. Tables of two can share a whole John dory or coral trout, while groups of four can go on in a tuna chateaubriand with warrigal greens, fries and Diane sauce.

In a Josh Niland first, the restaurant will open for Sunday brunch. The seafood-centric selection will include luxe takes on breakfast favourites, including a Ballina spanner crab croissant and Manjimup marron scrambled eggs. Or, flip things up with pancakes with smoked Aquna Murray Cod bacon and maple pancakes.

The 60-seat dining room will feature a marble bar and timber tables and chairs, with original artworks by Ken Done.

Petermen will open its doors at 66 Chandos Street in St Leonards on February 23, just ahead of the new Saint Peter Hotel which will launch in the second quarter of 2023.
