The Charles Grand Brasserie and sister restaurant, Loulou Bistro have joined forces to create limited edition, luxury Christmas bon bons filled with four handmade petit fours made exclusively for Christmas.

The special little treats include a hazelnut rocher filled with praline, milk and dark chocolate, and roasted hazelnuts all coated in crispy feuilletine and then individually dipped in tempered nutty milk chocolate.

You’ll be peeved if you lose the battle for the passion fruit caramel lollipop with fudgy passion fruit caramel dipped in smooth white chocolate.

Or perhaps you can try your luck at the pretty-in-pink cherry and raspberry marshmallow tea cake. Picture cherry and raspberry compote-filled marshmallow on a shortbread biscuit that’s then coated in ruby chocolate.

Last but certainly not least is the festive gingerbread bon bon. Taking two days to make, this gingerbread-infused ganache is made with milk and dark chocolate and cast in shiny dark chocolate that has a satisfying snap.
