Ten days in and how do you feel? We’re already feeling lighter, brighter and happier. For breakfast we’re obsessed with these zucchini fritters with low-fat sour cream and smoked salmon for our morning protein fix. For lunch we’ve teamed mushrooms with haloumi in a salad that’ll see you through the rest of the day thanks to the addition of lentils. For dinner we’re going light with mini lemon, ginger and honey chicken skewers that’s best served along a simple garden salad.
