Your posh uncle William Hanson AKA The Etiquette Expert is back with more humbling news, and we take issue with it. According to Hanson, it is improper to walk while you drink your morning coffee, illustrating that this is a man who has never walked the dog, screamed at children to get their shoes on, misplaced his car keys (again) or enjoyed a third glass of wine while binging Shōgun.

In a mere 8-second clip, Hanson explains – coffee cup in hand – that “One thing that’s very bad etiquette is drinking on the go. We don’t do that. Instead, take a seat, have a sip, take the weight off your ankles.”

With a caption of “You should never be seen gobbling on the go. Gobble only while static.” we’re not sure who has the time for gobbling of any kind before their 9:30 meeting. And while we love the theory of taking a little sit on the way to work – is this not specifically why takeaway cups were invented?
