Don’t just split the G this St Patrick’s Day. Scoop it! Gelato Messina has unabashedly jumped on the Guinness bandwagon with its limited-edition ‘Scoop the G’ fior di latte gelato – Messina’s classic creamy gelato, chock-full of Guinness brownies and swirled with Guinness caramel. Each silky-smooth mouthful comes with the iconic rich, malty, coffee/chocolatey flavour of the world’s most famous stout, but with a sweet twist that’ll have you raising a cone instead of a pint. Or maybe doing both. We won’t judge.

The team at Messina points out that, since they allow customers to bring their own reusable cups, you technically could bring a Guinness along with you, and attempt to split the G and scoop the G at the same time. Could this be the ultimate Irish spider?

Scoop the G will be available in all Messina stores from Tuesday, March 17 (St Paddy’s Day) for one week, or until sold out.
