February 14 might still be a few weeks away, but I’ve already decided on my Valentine this year. No, it’s not Keanu again, although he’s definitely a close runner up. Instead, this Valentine’s Day I’ll be sending all my love to Gelato Messina’s Mr Messina Hot Tub.

You’ll be smitten with this dreamboat of salted caramel gelato with dark choc chips, baked cheesecake chunks, passionfruit curd, crème brûlée mousse and caramel swirls. It’s basically a frozen version of that magical feeling you get when you’re falling in love, without all the angst and awkward bits.

The 1L tub is large enough to share with that special someone or, if you’re like me and plan on flying solo this V-Day, it also makes for the perfect dinner-and-dessert for one. A hot date with a hot tub? That’s my Valentine’s night sorted.

Unless Keanu drops by, of course.
