Prosciutto, potato and rosemary pizza

2 medium pizzas

Ingredients (7)
- 6 Tbsp of tomato pizza or pasta sauce
- 2 medium pre-baked pizza bases
- 1 large potato – peeled & sliced thin into 2-3mm rounds
- Olive oil
- 100g prosciutto
- 1 Tbsp rosemary leaves
- 2 cups rocket leaves
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Spread tomato sauce over each pizza base. Place slices of potato over each base to cover. Spray lightly with olive oil.

2.Lay slices of prosciutto over the top, leaving the edges of the potato exposed. Sprinkle with rosemary leaves and season with sea salt and pepper.

3.Bake in oven on top shelf for 10 – 15 minutes until crisp and potato is cooked. Top with rocket leaves.
