Ingredients (7)

  • 6 Tbsp of tomato pizza or pasta sauce
  • 2 medium pre-baked pizza bases
  • 1 large potato – peeled & sliced thin into 2-3mm rounds
  • Olive oil
  • 100g prosciutto
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary leaves
  • 2 cups rocket leaves

Method

  • 1.
    Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Spread tomato sauce over each pizza base. Place slices of potato over each base to cover. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  • 2.
    Lay slices of prosciutto over the top, leaving the edges of the potato exposed. Sprinkle with rosemary leaves and season with sea salt and pepper.
  • 3.
    Bake in oven on top shelf for 10 – 15 minutes until crisp and potato is cooked. Top with rocket leaves.
