Acai smoothie bowl with berry and passionfruit

Start your morning with a nourishing bowl of this dairy-free, vegan and gluten-free acai smoothie that's easy to prepare... and even easier to eat.

Ingredients (7)
- 1 heaped cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen peeled banana
- 1⁄3 cup (80ml) milk of your choice (coconut or almond work well)
- 2 tbs acai powder
- 2 passionfruit, halved
- Coconut flakes, to serve
- Chopped raw almonds, to serve
Method

1.Blend the berries, banana, milk and acai powder in a high-speed blender until smooth (add a touch more milk if needed).

2.Pour into two bowls, top with the passionfruit, coconut flakes and almonds, and serve.
