A distinctly Australian version of the beloved negroni cocktail.

1½ tbs each Four Pillars gin (substitute dry gin), Regal Rogue Bold Red vermouth (substitute other red vermouth) and Adelaide Hills Distillery ‘The Italian’ bitter orange liqueur (substitute Campari)
Crushed ice, plus extra to serve
1 thin orange slice and a lemon verbena sprig (substitute rosemary), to serve

Method

1.

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice and shake to combine. Serve in a tumbler filled with crushed ice. Add orange slice and lemon verbena sprig to serve.
