Baked parsnip chips with lime salt
Once you've tried Phoebe Wood's version of the classic french fry, you'll never go back to the store-bought, fast food kind. These baked parsnip chips with lime salt are super simple, delicious and surprisingly healthy.
Ingredients (4)
- 1 1/2 tbs sea salt flakes
- 4 parsnips or carrots, cut into thin chips
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- Finely grated zest of 1 lime
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.
