This mocktail was developed by the team at Cookies Lounge Bar in North Strathfield.
Ingredients (5)
- ½ a lime
- 2 dashes of Australian Bitters
- 8 mint leaves
- 60 mls of fresh pineapple juice
- Cascade ginger beer
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Muddle the limes, mint, sugar and bitters, add pineapple juice and shake.

2.Pour it all into a hurricane glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with sprig of mint and lime wheel.
