Bloody Mary? Forget about it, we’re all about the Bloody Matilda
When it comes to hair of the dog, nothing can compete with a spicy bloody mary. But who is to say you always have to stick with the original recipe? Take the Bloody Matilda for example. The slightly more sophisticated hangover cure comes courtesy of local spirit house Archie Rose.
Ingredients (9)
- 30ml Archie Rose White Rye
- 120ml carrot Juice
- 1 tbsp lemon
- 1 tbsp beetroot juice
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Ice
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 3 small cherry tomatoes (to garnish)
