The Bloody Mary is a universal brunch favourite but we think we've found a true blue Australian take on the breakfast tipple. Sydney's The Unicorn has crafted a memorable drink with a recipe that incorporates national treasure Vegemite into the mix. Bloody Mary Mix
- Splash of Stout
- 5g rosemary
- 1g bay leaves
- 5g dried chilli flakes
- 40g black pepper corns
- 35g crushed garlic
- 80mL red wine
- 65g horseradish cream
- 125g tomato paste
- 15g Bonox
- 5g Vegemite
- 125g Mary’s Hot Sauce
- 2 litres tomato juice
- 175mL carrot juice
Bloody Sheila Mix
- 45mL vodka
- 100mL Bloody Mary Mix
- 10mL lemon juice
