Chai Bircher Muesli
Make this recipe the night before and keep it in the fridge overnight, allowing you to just grab and go in the morning. This recipe comes courtesy of Sally Fitzgibbons’ Summer Fit All Year Round.
Ingredients (8)
- 11⁄2 cups Muesli
- 13⁄4 cups chai tea, made with 2 tea bags
- 1 green apple, 3⁄4 grated, 1⁄4 sliced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract coconut yoghurt (or yoghurt of your choice), to serve
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Combine all the ingredients except the sliced apple in a small bowl or jar, then cover and leave overnight.
