Get the party started with a disco-themed cocktail
It is finally the weekend, which means the time to kick up your heels with a drink or two. Whether you're a party of many or simply a party of one, we have just the cocktail to help get you into the swing of things.
Ingredients (8)
- 45ml spiced rum
- 15ml white rum
- 20ml orange liqueur (Cointreau or triple sec also work)
- 45ml blood orange juice
- 30ml orange juice
- 20ml ginger syrup
- 10ml passionfruit purée
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 30 seconds.

2.Strain into a hurricane glass or tiki mug filled with ice.

3.Top with crushed ice and garnish with a teaspoon of passionfruit pulp and a cocktail umbrella.
