Find new ways to enjoy gingerbread this Christmas with our sweet and spiced gingerbread latte. This festive drink is the perfect alternative to your morning coffee, mixing chai powder and espresso with your preferred milk, adding some grated nutmeg on the frothy top and served with crumbly gingerbread cookies. If Santa had a morning drink, this would be it.
Ingredients (5)
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 tbs chai powder
- 200ml milk of your choice
- Finely grated nutmeg, to serve
- Leftover gingerbread cookies, to dunk

1.Pour hot espresso into 2 mugs or glasses, then stir in the chai powder to dissolve.

2.Steam or froth the milk of your choice, and use to top up the mugs or glasses. Finish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg.
