Ingredients (10)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated palm sugar or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 long red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
- 1/2 green papaya, shredded (a mandoline is ideal)
- 250g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups (160g) bean sprouts, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander

1.Combine the sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil and chilli in a bowl, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Place the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, then pour over the dressing and toss to combine.
