Iceberg wedges with blue cheese dressing

Easy to make and delicious to taste. This is the perfect no-fuss side for your next dinner party.
Ingredients (10)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 150ml sour cream
- 2 tablespoons good-quality mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 40ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- 20ml (1 tablespoon) balsamic vinegar
- 20ml (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
- 40g blue cheese, crumbled, plus a little extra crumbled cheese to serve
- 1 firm iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

1.Place the garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and blue cheese in a food processor.

2.Process for a few seconds until just combined (don't over process as it's nice to keep some texture).

3.Place a lettuce wedge on each serving plate, drizzle with the dressing and garnish with the chives and crumbled blue cheese.

4.Serve as an accompaniment to steak or as a starter.
