Stuck for Christmas gift ideas? These sweet little jars of lemon meringue make the ideal edible gift.
Ingredients (5)
- 450g Woolworths Butter Cake
- 2 tbs Gold Lemon Curd
- 1 passionfruit, pulp removed
- White chocolate, melted
- 3 Woolworths Select Mini Meringues

1.Crumble Woolworths Butter Cake and spoon 1/4 cup of the crumbs into the base of a clean 3/4 cup (185ml-capacity) sterilised jar. Spoon 1 tbs Gold Lemon Curd over the crumbs. Add half the pulp of 1 passionfruit. Repeat layers. Cover with melted white chocolate.

2.Carefully grill 3 Woolworths Select Mini Meringues until lightly toasted. Arrange on top. Secure lid.
