Lime aperol spritz
Do as the Milanese do and and enjoy this aperitivo spritz for a stylish start to your evening.
Ingredients (4)
- 100ml prosecco or other sparkling wine
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Aperol (a bitter Italian aperitivo, similar to Campari)
- 2 tablespoons soda water
- Lime slices, to serve
