Speedy Coffee Smoothie
This recipe is sure to give you a kickstart if you’re a bit flat in the morning and need a little caffeine hit to get you going. It’s also packed with energy in the form of bananas and good fats. And remember, you can make a big batch of this and store it in the fridge, so you have brekkie ready to go for the next few days without even having to think! A brill one for busy weeks. Ingredients (7)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 shots of espresso
- 1tsp coconut oil
- 3tbs macadamia nuts, activated if possible
- 1 vanilla pod, split and scraped (or a pinch of vanilla powder)
- 2 drops of stevia
- A few coffee beans, to serve
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Pop everything except the coffee beans into the blender and give it a blitz until you’re happy with the consistency.
