Ingredients (8)

  • 1/3cup (45g) raw macadamias or cashews
  • 1 1/4 cups (310ml) water
  • 2 frozen large bananas(460g), chopped coarsely
  • 1tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom

Method

  • 1.
    Blend nuts and water in a high-powered blender until smooth. Add frozen banana along with remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
  • 2.
    Serve straight away, dusted with a little extra cacao powder, if you like.
