Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients (8)
- 1 cup (250ml) coconut water
- 200g frozen pineapple
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1/4 baby fennel bulb
- 1/4 cup loosely packed mint leaves
- 1 cup firmly packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup ice cubes (optional)
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Blend all ingredients except the ice in a high-powered blender until smooth.

2.Serve straight away over ice, topped with extra mint leaves, if you like.
