Olive and artichoke pizza

Ingredients (7)
- 280g jar artichokes hearts marinated in olive oil, quartered
- 2 (about 100g each) individual pizza bases or naan bread
- 175g taleggio cheese*, sliced
- 200g pimento-stuffed green olives
- 2 teaspoons thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Drain artichokes and reserve oil. Place pizza bases on a baking tray, dividing taleggio between them.

2.Top with artichokes, olives and thyme, then sprinkle with parmesan, sea salt and black pepper.

3.Drizzle with a little reserved artichoke oil and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbling. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
