Ingredients (7)

  • 280g jar artichokes hearts marinated in olive oil, quartered
  • 2 (about 100g each) individual pizza bases or naan bread
  • 175g taleggio cheese*, sliced
  • 200g pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 2 teaspoons thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley

Method

  • 1.
    Preheat oven to 200°C. Drain artichokes and reserve oil. Place pizza bases on a baking tray, dividing taleggio between them.
  • 2.
    Top with artichokes, olives and thyme, then sprinkle with parmesan, sea salt and black pepper.
  • 3.
    Drizzle with a little reserved artichoke oil and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbling. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
