The negroni may well be the drink of choice for 2017. And what better way to upgrade the already sophisticated cocktail? Well with the indulgent addition of a truffle of course! This Truffle Negroni is a bespoke drink crafted by the QT Canberra in ode to this year's Canberra Truffle Festival. The cocktail will be available to enjoy across the hotel group’s national venues from now, until August 31.
Ingredients (5)
- 25ml truffle-infused gin
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Carpano Antica Formula (Vermouth)
- Black truffle salt
- Twist of orange (to garnish)
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Rim half of a double Old Fashioned glass with the black truffle salt.

2.Stir together the the truffle-infused gin, the Campari and the Carpano Antica Formula.

3.Strain the drink into the prepared glass, accompanied by 2 large ice cubes and a twist or orange.
