- 3 savoiardi biscuits, broken into small pieces, plus extra whole biscuits to serve
- 100ml espresso
- 1 tbs coffee liqueur (optional)
- ½ x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup (60ml) milk
- 250g mascarpone
- 1 tbs dark cocoa, plus extra to sprinkle

1.Place all ingredients in the Ninja Creami Deluxe tub and mix with a fork until combined. Cover with lid and freeze for 24 hours.

2.Insert tub into Ninja Creami Deluxe and select Full, then Ice Cream. Check texture and select re-spin if necessary for an extra creamy texture.

3.Transfer to a large piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle. Pipe into waffle cones and serve with a savoiardi biscuit and a sprinkle of dark cocoa.
