Plum and berry spiced granola crumble with labneh

Step aside, acai. This bright plum and mixed berry bowl is the sweet treat of the season.
Ingredients (17)
- 2 2/3 cups (400g) frozen mixed berries
- 3 plums, halved, stones removed, sliced
- 100g caster sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 250g labneh
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Strawberries, halved, to serve
- Toasted coconut flakes, to serve
Granola crumble topping
- 80g plain flour, sifted
- 1/3 cup (80g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (15g) shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup (40g) almonds, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 100g unsalted cold butter, cut into cubes

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. For the crumble topping, combine flour, sugar, oats, coconut, almonds and cardamom in a large bowl. Add butter and, using your fingertips, rub the flour mixture together to create coarse crumbs.

2.For the filling, combine berries, plums, sugar, orange zest, cornflour and mixed spice in a medium bowl. Spoon into a 25cm (1.3L) baking dish. Top with crumble topping and bake for 20-25 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.

3.Place labneh and vanilla extract into a small bowl and mix until combined. Serve crumble warm, dolloped with vanilla labneh. Top with strawberries and toasted coconut flakes.
