Craig Knudsen turns a bowl of mixed salad leaves into a zingy centrepiece, with radishes and tarragon vinegar.
Ingredients (6)
- 100ml tarragon vinegar
- 200ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
- 6 baby carrots, thinly sliced
- 4 cups mixed salad leaves
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Whisk vinegar and oil in a bowl. Season. Combine vegetables and salad leaves in a serving bowl. Toss with dressing to serve.
